City of Rutland shuts down homeless resort more than code violations
RUTLAND, Vt. (WCAX) – Rutland’s mayor is shutting down the regional Good quality Inn, a person of the inns using section in the state’s crisis housing application for the homeless.
City officers say they inspected the resort and located so many violations, they are kicking absolutely everyone out by June 1. The metropolis cites 26 violations together with doors that do not latch, combustible supplies saved in front of exits, leaking pipes, holes in partitions, and a garden hose draining onto the carpet. The hotel has thirty times to proper all violations.
