The new trailer for Star Trek: Picard, starring Patrick Stewart as Jean-Luc Picard, dropped through Star Trek working day celebrations, which featured panels and announcements for enthusiasts. Together with the motion-packed glance at what is to occur for the Star Trek series, streaming on Paramount Furthermore in the US, came the confirmation it would be returning for a time 3.
This is the trailer, that includes always-welcome time journey shenanigans.
At one point, Seven of 9 (Jeri Ryan) ominously informs us, “Time has been damaged.”
The trailer reveals situations involving Q (John de Lancie) likely back again in time and setting up a “totalitarian nightmare.”
“The only way to recover our long run is to go back and restore the past,” Picard declares.
We also obtained affirmation of period 3!
Star Trek: Picard stars Stewart, along with Alison Pill, Isa Briones, Evan Evagora, Michelle Hurd, Santiago Cabrera, Harry Treadaway and more. Year 2 is slated for someday in February, 2022 on Paramount Moreover.
