Racanelli Development Co. completes $29.7 million hotel venture in Yard City for OTO Growth : NYREJ
Garden City, NY Racanelli Development Co., Inc., a major building management, typical contractor and style and design/create resource for business, industrial, retail, medical, pre-engineered and multi-device household assignments, accomplished a 4 ground, 163-unit extended keep hotel. Racanelli served as the basic contractor for the venture which was awarded by its proprietor, OTO Progress, LLC. Racanelli formerly served OTO Improvement in the 2012 building of a Hyatt Place.
